    Great location for a income units like this sweet little two bedroom one bathroom duplex. Located close to downtown Santa Ana and Washington square historic area these units are dated but have generally good bones. If these were mine, I would replace the windows, heaters and water heaters and rehab kitchen and bathrooms for potentially higher rental income. Current occupant on 1105 has been fixed at significantly lower numbers than reality for area for a long time. Unit 1101 has been at location for just over a year and keeps it super clean and well maintained. Both units have a detached single car garage as well as a long drive way for off street parking on right side. One garage door needs replacement as other was recently replaced by owner who recently passed away but not on property location.
