Let's start with the fruit trees (Nectarine, orange, white peach, avocado, Meyer lemon, lime). I know! The big tree in the middle of the yard is a camphor tree. There are two sheds. One is 10'X16', the other is 10'X12' that has solar lighting. These are set on concrete slabs. There is a park slide secured in the ground. The picnic table is yours as well as the gazebo type structure with table, chairs underneath. The water heater is six months old. The AC was new in 2014. The plumbing is all copper. You won't see it but there is a solar attic fan and a hot water circulator. In 2015 they installed a new 200 amp electrical panel. In 2021 the home was EQ retrofitted -brace & boltT. This is not a "typical" type home. It has amazing features, tons of potential for even more creative design and application.
