Multiple fruit trees on the property, two sweet orange trees, one lemon and one grape fruit, two fig trees and plenty of decorative plants, bushes and trees in the front and back yard. The home is located in a quite neighborhood, near shopping, schools and entertainment. The central ac and heater work great and there is a 2 year old water heater and room to hang out and entertain in the back and front yard.
