The distance from the San Diego airport is only 1 hr & 20 minutes. New roof. The replaced wood decking. Wood floors. The Caesarstone counters. The new stove. The high efficiency Mini split heating and air-conditioning systems. The skylights. 2 fireplaces. The new garage door. All the termite and dry rotted wood has been replaced. New electrical panel. All newer exterior doors. The natural landscape. The newly paved roads in Pine Hills. There are 2 driveways to the house one totally private. The other one leading to the house is used as an easement for another home above at 5022 Pine Hills rd. The negative: Old duel-glazed windows. Some with moisture between the glass. Sometimes you get moisture when the snow piles up against the glass and melts. The Driveway is old and has been patched many times and is bumpy. The bathrooms are small but functional. Some of the deck rails are a little crooked. You have to walk around and down to get to the basement to do the laundry but there is a laundry chute for clothes. Some dead trees on the property.
