You realize one of the guests took the opportunity of enjoying the morning sun and ocean breeze coming through luxury dual pane windows on the bonus room on the third floor. From the balcony you notice you forgot to bring your board in. Carefully you carry it in carefully not to hit the wood beam ceilings. You set down the board by the tankless water heater on the premium epoxy finished garage floor. On the way back in you throw the towels in the LG Wi-Fi Ultra Large Dryer and notice the sand on the travertine floor. Luckily, it can be cleaned easily with the convenient central vacuum. A Sunday brunch is enjoyed by all in the open floor plan as the group decides whether to go to the park, dog beach, golf, horseback ride, or visit Main St before an evening at a local favorite restaurant at Pacific City for dinner followed by a sunset cruise through the Huntington Harbor.
