    Fabulous Island cottage on this tree lined street. Wonderfully located at the quite end on Balboa Island with great access to both the north and south Bayfront beaches and the ferry. Fantastic island charm with nice front patio and a private patio for entertaining and enjoying a nice barbeque. Newer kitchen appliances for the cook in the family.
