As you walk through the living room to the dining area, you'll be impressed with the light fixture overhead, and you'll want to check out the patio! I can imagine enjoying peaceful, private breakfasts there as I start my day, relaxing with friends on the weekends, and maybe even doing a little gardening. Then you'll want to check out the kitchen. The nice, designer cabinets and stone countertops give a luxurious feel, and there is plenty of room to cook and be with loved ones in the heart of the home. This kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a large sink, and my personal favorite: the laundry is in-unit, right next to the kitchen, so that you can get all your household tasks done simultaneously. There is ample shelving above the washer and dryer, and the space is set up in a way that would allow it to be closed off completely, out of sight. As you continue on into the house, you come to the first bedroom, which also has a double door entry that opens nicely to the entryway & living room. This gives you some great options for use aside from being a bedroom: office, craft space, den, playroom, etc. The next room down the hall is of ample size, and has mirrored closet doors, and I love all the greenery you see out of the window (like all of the windows in this great unit). Then we come to the primary bedroom & ensuite bathroom, and W O W! It is huge, and impressive in every way!! Beautiful flooring, large window with nice view, plenty of closet space, amazing (quality, hand made) barn door leading into the vanity area with double sinks, and a brand new subway tile shower with designer fixtures. This one is ready for you to love living here. Hurry!
