    Cute fixer that needs some work. Property will need a new roof and all new plumbing. Back unit a/c unit was stolen. It also has heat but doesn't function properly. Old a/c unit has leaked and destroyed the roof. 2 other units have working heaters but not a/c. Though there are garages, the set up makes it impossible to enter or exit driveway without all previously parked vehicles backing out and vise versa, and the same thing for parking in the driveway. 2 garage doors don't open. There are sewer problems. There are rodent problems. There are transients that trespass the property. Street parking along the curb is preferable. This is a short sale and is in the beginning stages of being approved by the lender.
