The barn is large enough to provide covered parking for an RV but also has 3 built-in horse stalls (currently used for storage), and a chicken coop. There is storage space on a second level in the center of the barn building. The property has rights to well water through a well agreement with the adjacent property and is also connected to public water through WMWD. Your landscaping can be watered using the well water, saving you money on your utilities. There is a solar system that was installed in the 1970s, it does work, but may not be as efficient as a newer system would be.
