The front yard is just as usable as the rear and we met several kind people walking by as we sat under the covered porch. Other lifestyle benefits of this location: access to 134 and 210 fwys, nearby hiking (Chaney Trail, Eaton Canyon and along Angeles Crest) and proximity to Lincoln Blvd whose historic preservation has been planned by the city of Pasadena.
