Almost 600 sf not included in the size! There is also a sun porch over the kitchen/washroom/bathroom areas that is accessible from bedroom C & D. Bedrooms A & B have their own private balconies. The landing on the stairs opens to its own outside balcony. The patio area has a wonderful brick BBQ area (though there currently is no BBQ unit installed, natural gas is run to the unit should someone decide to install one. Currently, this is used as a planter/garden area. The property has several mature fruit trees (plum, orange, tangerine, lemon, and Mexican Lime). including a second orange tree. The house includes a two-car detached garage with a separate driveway (from an alley). All driveways are fenced and lockable for security. Except for the front yard, the property is totally fenced. The house includes two independent AC/Furnace units and a whole house fan. Even better, the house includes 41 high-efficiency LG solar panels that provide 100% solar power with normal use (no expensive electric bills in the summer!). The house sits on a “lot and a half” on Mission Inn Ave and includes a HUGE pool, great for cooling off on hot summer days.
