Agent Remarks: Classic 1929 Spanish with lots of ORIGINAL features. I LOVE it. I live in a Spanish, was raised in a Spanish and have a Spanish rental property. I love living among so much character. Check out the last photo I included, it is a built in Iron holder next to the built in ironing board. There is also the original cooler w the egg drawer still intact. When I was a kid we had an Ice Truck that brought the big square blocks of Ice to put in these coolers. It would still be a nice place to put your produce that needed air flow. The formal BREAKFAST ROOM is classic with the vertical windows. The garage is a small single car with the original farm doors. Notice the original black and white octagonal tile in the kitchen and bath, the artisan plaster walls and ceilings, the oak hardwood floors and the arched doorways. The front door and some interior doors are equipped with original brass hardware. I love this little house and I love that it has not been remodeled. There is a formal interior laundry room that I did not take a photo of because it is being used for storage, it also has original features.
