The Hilmersons have raised their babies here and have given me the most incredible and special memories, and I can’t imagine life without loving people living in this magical space. I was born in 1962, and given life by Joseph Eichler of Eichler Homes in the second development of a most incredible community in the beautiful City of Orange. This is a neighborhood where my neighbors are the coolest people EVER. Everyone knows each other, kids play in the streets, we have progressive dinner parties, and live bands play in one of our cul-de-sacs for social distancing get-togethers… but let’s get back to me. :) I have a foam roof, a super cute modern kitchen and bathrooms, an open floor plan with high ceilings, walls of glass, a Philippine mahogany wall, a stacked block fire place, a mini-split, radiant heat floors, a large backyard for parties and my pretty sweet atrium. I won’t disappoint you, I promise! I would love to meet you, and hope you find many years of happiness living here.
