Agent Remarks: WOW! WOW! WOW! This is a GREAT home in a GREAT location! I can imagine enjoying the mountain view from the front porch, sipping my favorite drink after a good day at work. I can almost hear the solar panels soaking up the suns rays as they save me money with each sun ray that splashes down on them. Then as night falls I can imagine moving from the huge porch to inside through the living room to the great room and starting a pleasant fire in the large fireplace as I watch the evening news and relax for the evening. This home offers lots of living space. From the large front porch, to the great room, to the covered patio in the back, to the large back yard, to the two car garage with laundry hookups. I can see parties and party lights on special occasions. Friends and family laughing and having a great time. There is even an extra parking space for a couple extra cars. On top of that there is a gate where you could pull your boat or jet ski into the back yard for safe keeping. This home is larger than the tax records state. The trustee told me that the great room, second bathroom and extended bedroom all have permits. But for some reason the tax records don't show it correctly. It happens from time to time. Check this one out. There are nice hardwood laminate flooring, newer duel glazed windows, central AC and heat, and lots more! It's a fantastic place to call home.
