Main line sewer blockage repaired by HOA in September 2018, resulting in new maintenance outlet. 4. Back porch has nice wooden fencing masking the AC unit, wooden gate masks the trash cans. From the kitchen you enjoy the view of the flower/veggie garden planter. Energy efficient AC unit installed August 2019 (used but with one year parts and labor warranty). 3. Master bedroom is huge, closet space is plentiful, and two of the bedrooms have cedar lined closets. View from office is the gorgeous greenbelt. 2. All popcorn ceiling removed 2012, and new flooring installed. 1. Two system thermostats allow separate temperature control upstairs and down. Attic insulation in 2014 resulting in lower electric bill.
