    Question: where can you find a duplex for under $430/sq ft in prime Echo Park, that is in very good shape and has views? Answer: you can't... except, here it is, right in front of you! Both units were thoroughly and tastefully renovated 12 years ago when seller bought the property. Most of that renovations is still in tact.
