There are 11 foot vaulted ceilings in this home, spacious walk-in closets in the master bedroom suites, central heat and air conditioning (heat pump,) gas log fireplace in the living room, a breakfast nook in the kitchen. Outside and in the rear of the home is an expansive outdoor patio area. The single car attached garage has direct access into the hallway that leads to the bedroom suites. This property is in very good condition. Since the kitchen photos were taken, new stainless steel kitchen appliances were installed. The kitchen and the bathroom are in original condition, but very well cared for. The community features two swimming pools heated year round, large gas grills and picnic tables at each pool, two whirlpool hot tubs, two fitness centers, and a Clubhouse. 20 pound weight limit on dogs.
