One row of houses from Griffith Park; close to Trader Joe's, Gelson's and Hillhurst/Vermont restaurants. Whole-house IQ Air filtration system. Deep tub (spouse is Japanese citizen). Large stone deck with large custom ironwood table and bench, high-up on terraced hillside, with sweeping views of Glendale, shaded by large trees, with speaker system. 220V line installed in lower brick backyard area for hot tub. Separate "maid's quarters" with bathroom and shower; access through locking side gate; consists of approximately 200 additional feet (in addition to the approximate 1360 on tax records). Extra storage in large walk-up space at corner of garage under front entrance stairs. Earthquake codes stronger after '36 quake; found. bolted.
