I have driven up there myself and as long as it is not raining it is a fairly easy drive or you can walk From the top of the Hill back is private and could be an excellent building site for a Lakeview home. The front of the property as you come in the gate is zoned AP mixed use commercial, possible minor 3 unit subdivision or just standard residential to one home or a home with a guest house, this only pertains to the front lower section the rest from the top on is AGG or Residential. the rest of the Property is is zoned AG for farming potential, with plenty of privacy and fully fenced land would be excellent for home/AG farming and or much more. There is a well at the top of the Hill that is not currently hooked up to a proper pumping system but does work as current owner has been using it a gas pump. The well is about 120 feet deep with a 6 inch diameter. Owner currently has a motor home parked up there you cannot see it from the road. Electricity is on the property.
