It is strange that I have always thought the units were larger than what the assessor states, but maybe that is because of the slightly vaulted ceilings. Behind the building is a community vegetable garden. A matched building sits across the walk way, but is not owned by this owner. Wrought iron gate in front for entrance and security. Located in Historic Rose Park Neighborhood, only 6 blocks or so from the ocean.
