There is space to entertain several for dinner, a large sitting area that has a view out the window, a bathroom as well as a laundry room off the kitchen as well. As you go upstairs there is a large living room, custom fireplace, two bedrooms and a beautiful travertine custom bathroom, and a view of the canyon out the living room window. As you step outside to the balcony priceless views that capture all the canyon life has to offer, plus a nice size wrap around balcony with custom railing and a built in custom kitchen/bar area. The views are incredible, you can hear the water flowing down the brook and hear and see wildlife. Canyon living that will leave you at peace , walk to Mary's Market to enjoy a tasty burger or cup of coffee, close to local hiking trails, walk to parks and the small downtown shops and restaurants ... enjoy all the canyon has to offer and much more....
